It offers bold styling with a hard-line “grille-forward” design along with innovative features. 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT gets spray-in bed-liner as option.

Standard Features



The standard features of SLT include chrome exterior trim, power folding/heated side mirrors, sliding rear window, chrome-clad wheels, full power accessories, satellite radio, cruise control, electronic trailer brake control, keyless entry, cloth upholstery, fog lights, brighter quad headlights, audio control leather-wrapped steering wheel, universal garage door opener, and auto-dimming rear-view mirror.

An Outdoorsman package is available for the model SLT that includes limited-slip rear differential, two-tone paint, polished alloy wheels, tow hooks, body-color grille frame, overhead console, auto-dimming mirrors, illuminated vanity mirrors, remote starting, and 10-way power driver seats with power lumbar supports.

Power Train

2011 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT is equipped with a turbocharged 6.7-L Cummins inline-6 diesel engine that is capable of delivering 350 horsepower and torsion of about 650 pound-feet. This engine is paired to a standard six-speed manual transmission and optional 6-speed automatic gearbox. The maximum capacity of Ram 3500 is about 17,600 pounds. The Cummins are featured with a big-rig-like exhaust brake that provides extra stability and braking power during towing up the heavy loads.
